I love finding healthy treats for Ember and Soopa Healthy Bites are perfect. These grain-free flower shaped bites are only 3 calories per treat and are currently available in 3 delicious flavours. Ember loves them all and despite their small size, she really enjoys chewing them up. What’s also great about Soopa’s Healthy Bite treats is that they are hypoallergenic and are made from human grade all natural ingredients.
Last year Ember was lucky enough to try some of Pure Pet Food’s Meaty Sweetie Treats. These treats were a perfect introduction to the Pure Pet Food brand, so I was very excited for Ember to try some of their food.
Ember is doing really well recently on her current food Guru, but we have been wanting to add a little bit of wet food to her evening meal, I instantly knew Pure Pet Food was the best first option.
The food we are lucky enough to try is Chicken Dinner, which is grain free and designed for sensitive dogs, perfect for Ember as she has quite a sensitive tummy.
That time of year is coming up again, firework season is upon us and as usual bonfire night appears to have become bonfire month. Fortunately, Ember isn’t too bothered about the fireworks as long as she is inside, but some dogs can be left terrified by them. Common signs of noise phobia include shaking, trembling, drooling, barking, howling, trying to hide and refusing to eat. Here are some tips for helping your dog on those frightful firework nights:
English based and made, CC Bear treats are made using only the best natural ingredients from British distributors. The family run business, Chef Christine and lucky taste tester Bubba Bear, have created these all natural, vegan dog treats for dog wellness, to celebrate the magical relationship between dogs and their owners. Ember and I were so excited when Christine offered to send us some treats to try. Meet our new favourite treats.
Holiday season is here! Whilst some people prefer to go abroad on super swanky holidays, I like nothing more than an adventure holiday where Ember can come too. Two years ago we went to the New Forest and we’re going back again this year, I can’t wait! There are so many benefits of taking your dog on holiday, here are a few of my favourites.
I first found Busters Bisquits on Instagram and was intrigued by the natural ingredients Romana uses to bake the treats. Named in memory of her beloved Buster, these treats are hand baked with love and attention in small batches in her kitchen. I was so excited when Romana offered to send Ember a trial pack of their classic treat and their new Vegan biscuits.
Summer is on it’s way, which usually in the UK means a few hot sunny days followed by clouds and rain, but this year has been a little different with the current heatwave we are enjoying. However, with this sunshine, it’s important to remember how our dogs get affected by the heat. Here are a few tips to help keep your dog cool for the summer.
When I first found out about Pure Pet Food on Twitter I was intrigued by the unique process they use to make their dog food. So when Mat from Pure contacted me about Ember trying some of their treats I had to say yes. That and the fact that Ember loves food (of course).
