Last year Ember was lucky enough to try some of Pure Pet Food’s Meaty Sweetie Treats. These treats were a perfect introduction to the Pure Pet Food brand, so I was very excited for Ember to try some of their food.
Ember is doing really well recently on her current food Guru, but we have been wanting to add a little bit of wet food to her evening meal, I instantly knew Pure Pet Food was the best first option.
The food we are lucky enough to try is Chicken Dinner, which is grain free and designed for sensitive dogs, perfect for Ember as she has quite a sensitive tummy.
Despite claiming to love and care about animals, many pet food companies test their food and elements of their food on lab animals. These animals, many of whom are bred for the sole purpose of testing food, are subject to inhumane and invasive tests.
English based and made, CC Bear treats are made using only the best natural ingredients from British distributors. The family run business, Chef Christine and lucky taste tester Bubba Bear, have created these all natural, vegan dog treats for dog wellness, to celebrate the magical relationship between dogs and their owners. Ember and I were so excited when Christine offered to send us some treats to try. Meet our new favourite treats.
I first found Busters Bisquits on Instagram and was intrigued by the natural ingredients Romana uses to bake the treats. Named in memory of her beloved Buster, these treats are hand baked with love and attention in small batches in her kitchen. I was so excited when Romana offered to send Ember a trial pack of their classic treat and their new Vegan biscuits.
When I first found out about Pure Pet Food on Twitter I was intrigued by the unique process they use to make their dog food. So when Mat from Pure contacted me about Ember trying some of their treats I had to say yes. That and the fact that Ember loves food (of course).
Healthy, homemade, trustworthy treats your thing? Then check out Wellybix, they are made by Alison in her County Durham home with ingredients fresh from her garden and of course taste tested by her adorable dog Welly.
Tails Tasties is a new non-subscription box filled with tasty, all natural treats. Featuring brands such as Lily’s Kitchen, Pooch and Mutt and Billy and Margot I was really excited when I found out about Tails Tasties on Instagram. Check out their website here and treat your pooch to a treat box. Here’s what we received in our box (Ember loved it).
Dogs love Kale is an American dog treat brand which make healthy, all natural, gluten and grain free treats. They key ingredient is Kale, which is super antioxidant and contains a ton of essential vital vitamins.
I first found Milo’s Munchies on Instagram and after finding out about their sample pack, I knew Ember would love to try them.
Pooch and Mutt were the first treats Ember ever ate, way back when we first got her in 2015. These British made treats are baked with the best natural ingredients, they are low in calories and ethically made, which is something really important for me. Plus, Ember loves food, so what’s better, is Pooch and Mutt offer food too.
